Join Us for the Aurora Bike Rodeo – April 25!

Spring is the perfect time to get outside, get active, and connect with the community—and we’re excited to be part of a wonderful local event right here in Aurora!

On Saturday, April 25 from 9:00–11:00 AM, families are invited to attend the Aurora Children’s Bicycle Rodeo, a fun and educational morning focused on helping kids grow in confidence and safety while riding their bikes.

Hosted at our church and school campus, this free community event is designed for children from preschool through 8th grade and offers hands-on opportunities to build essential biking skills in a safe, supervised environment.

What to Expect

The Bike Rodeo features an interactive riding course where children can practice:

• Proper helmet fit
• Safe starts and stops
• Obeying stop signs and traffic signals
• Hand signaling and scanning for safety
• Maneuvering through obstacles

Kids will also enjoy a variety of engaging activities and community connections, including:

• Bike and helmet safety checks
• A fun obstacle course
• “Touch-a-Truck” experiences with police, fire, and emergency vehicles
• Visits from local organizations and community partners
• Giveaways (while supplies last) (Patch)

Participants are encouraged to bring their own bike and helmet, and a parent or guardian should be present.
